Meet Lisa Meador
In the stillness before dawn, when hearts are most open, Lisa Meador first heard God’s gentle whisper guiding her steps. That moment sparked a calling—not just to create another ministry resource, but to build a Christian Women’s Ministry Platform where every woman feels known, valued, and empowered to live with clarity, confidence, and Christ-centered purpose.
From that vision grew Outside the Pulpit, the podcast that explores where faith meets real life, and Willow, an online community for women walking the Goal Getter Journey: Where Faith Meets Action. Together, these spaces offer devotionals, spiritual growth resources, and practical tools to help women overcome limiting beliefs, renew their thinking, and achieve Christ-centered goals in every area of life—personal, relational, ministry, and career.
Lisa’s journey began at nineteen when she married a world-renowned minister and stepped into leadership behind the scenes. She managed nonprofit operations, pioneered digital outreach, and learned that true influence often happens in quiet obedience. Through decades of service, strategy sessions, and spiritual growth, Lisa discovered that transformation is not confined to the pulpit—it happens in everyday decisions, mindset shifts, and faith-filled action.
Today, Lisa combines her experience and passion to equip women with biblical truth and practical strategies for living boldly in their God-given calling. Her heart is to walk with you—not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who understands the journey and believes in your breakthrough.
In 2009, Lisa answered a new call to step into the spotlight and share her story more publicly. She began speaking at women’s conferences and spiritual retreats across the nation, weaving together honest testimony, biblical teaching, and warm humor. Audiences resonated with her authenticity as she spoke of doubt and victory, burden and breakthrough, reminding countless women that God meets us in our brokenness and uses every season for growth. Behind each invitation was a deeper purpose: to extend grace, ignite hope, and equip women to lead with confidence—whether in boardrooms, living rooms, or behind pulpits.
Today, as a certified Life and Goal Coach specializing in mindset management, Lisa blends biblical truth with strategic coaching to help women reshape their thoughts, deepen their prayer lives, and walk confidently in their God‑given calling. Her framework—rooted in Scripture and proven coaching principles—offers personalized guidance for overcoming limiting beliefs, setting purposeful goals, and cultivating resilience. Through Outside the Pulpit, she invites you into honest conversations, heartfelt teaching, and hands-on tools for spiritual renewal. With every session, podcast episode, and devotional resource, Lisa’s passion remains the same: to see women transformed from the inside out and thriving in the life Christ intended.

Lisa Meador has been in the public eye since she was 19 years old, when she married her husband, John. As the wife of a world-renowned minister, she gained a unique perspective on ministry, leadership, and the realities of life. Choosing to be a stay-at-home mother didn’t mean stepping away from leadership—she managed the business operations of their non-profit, adapted to the digital landscape, and dedicated countless hours to community service and executive leadership.
In 2009, Lisa embraced her calling to a more public ministry, leading her to speak at women’s conferences and spiritual retreats across the country. Inspired by these experiences, she founded WILLOW—Women Inspiring Leadership Lifting Other Women—a movement that empowers women to step into their leadership and personal calling.
At the heart of Lisa’s ministry is mindset management, a powerful skill that transformed her approach to life and leadership. As a certified Life and Goal Coach, she equips individuals with strategies to reshape thinking, strengthen faith, and pursue their personal or professional purpose with confidence, creating lasting transformation.
Lisa’s depth of experience, ability to recognize God’s presence in everyday moments, and natural humor make her storytelling and interviews both compelling and uplifting.
