Lisa Meador has been in the public eye since the age of 19, when she married her husband, John. As the wife of a world-renowned minister, she has gained a unique perspective on ministry, leadership, and the dynamics of real life. While choosing to be a stay-at-home mother, she was far from inactive, running the business operations of their non-profit organization, evolving alongside the digital landscape, and dedicating countless hours to community service and executive leadership.
In 2009, Lisa felt a call to step into a more public ministry, leading her to speak at women’s conferences and spiritual retreats across the country. These experiences inspired her to create WILLOW—Women Inspiring Leadership Lifting Other Women—a movement designed to empower women in leadership and provide guidance for those stepping into their calling.
At the heart of her ministry is mindset management, a powerful skill that has transformed her life and leadership approach. To further equip others with these tools, Lisa gained her Certification as a Life and Goal Coach. Now, as a Transformation Coach she shares strategies to help individuals reclaim purpose and possibility by equipping them with the tools to reshape their thinking, strengthen their faith, and step confidently into their personal or professional calling creating lasting transformation.
Lisa’s wealth of experience, combined with her ability to see both God’s presence and the humor in everyday life, makes her storytelling and deep, insightful interviews both moving and entertaining. Through Outside the Pulpit, she shares real conversations, practical tools, and faith-based insights that empower listeners to not only grow spiritually but to master their mindset for lasting, meaningful change.
